City Concours Hospitality for 2018 to be announced

The City of London Concours offers a number of flexible opportunities for you to entertain clients. Our hospitality options have been specifically designed to fit around a busy work schedule and the location of the venue, right in the heart of the City, is perfect for allowing visitors to just drop by and take a look at some of the truly breathtaking cars. We shall be announcing the new options in early 2018.

Hospitality options from 2017

Breakfast in the City hosted by RM Sotheby’s

Come and sit right next to one of the most historic cars in the world whilst you enjoy a full English breakfast before heading to the office.

  • Breakfast service 8:30 to 10:00am, available to preview cars from 9:30am.
  • Private or shared tables of 8 or 10 in the Prince Consort Rooms* of the Honourable Artillery Company.
  • Full English Breakfast with coffee/tea and fresh juice.
  • Freshly baked warm croissant with jams and summer berries.
  • All day access to the Artillery Gardens and the City Concours displays.
  • Complimentary Concours Catalogue.

* Private rooms are available should you wish to host your own breakfast meeting. Minimum numbers apply.

Concours alfresco lunch

An exciting backdrop for an informal business lunch or a very memorable lunch venue with colleagues sitting amongst some of the rarest cars in the world.

  • Champagne reception 12:00 to 12:30. Lunch service 12:30 to 14:30. All served within the Artillery Gardens.
  • Outdoor food stations serving a variety of dishes, buffet style, including a delicious Summer Sizzle menu, Seafood and Charcuterie.
  • Private or shared tables of 4 or 6. (Larger tables available upon request).
  • A glass of Champagne Taittinger on arrival.
  • Half bottle of specially selected wine per person served with lunch.
  • All day access to the Artillery Gardens and the City Concours displays.
